“No Choice” is a limited edition print created by Polish artist Dawid Planeta collaged using existing works and arranged digitally into something new. The art piece is a part of his most recognizable series “Mini People,” which helped spark his popularity as an artist.
The “Mini People” series was created to explore Planeta’s personal experience with depression, visualizing his mental journey through dark times. Each piece of art in this series has its own mythical story with universal values and tells a story and creating the opportunity for the viewer to learn what is important to them.
Every art piece in this series is matched with a meaningful quote and “No Choice” is paired with the quote “You have no choice. You must leave your ego on the doorstep before you enter love” by Iranian writer and poet Kamand Kojouri. The quote is meant to help the viewer to deepen their understanding of the piece.
